RFC Connection " NONE" Error

Hi Expert,

I have an issue when i create notification from web. The error like this :

"The system could not create the message because of an RFC connection "NONE " error "

I have check and insert OSS_MSG in SM30 for BCOS_CUST but still appear an issue like above.

Have you any idea to solve this issue?

Hi Rhesa,

you could check in transaction DNO_CUST04 that there is an entry for process type SLFN.

SAP Notes [898614|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/898614] and [931196|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/931196] might be helpful too.

Hi Rhesa,

Is the problem coming only when you are creating message from web?In the BCOS_CUST table for the destination have you mentioned NONE?.

Also chekc in smsy for the solman system active client the RFC destinations are NONE.

Please check and revert.

Yes, this issue is coming only from web. And i have maintained also for destination NONE in BCOS_CUST.

And what do you mean with this

How could i check it? could you explain more clearly?
