Hello Guru's,
Our env. is EP 6.0 , and one of our end user complaints that he can not execute reports from portal of backend systems , where as he can execute the same by directly logging into the backend systems .
Can any one help me out , exactly what are the steps to be followed to troubleshoot the problem .
