Please let me know How to deactivate a RFC connection in SM59. Only delete button is visible.
Also from where entries in 'Source site name' come in R3AC1?

You can lock the user.for eg during post refresh acivities basis people lock rfc users and most of other users will be locked. it is also like deactive option
Also from where entries in 'Source site name' come in R3AC1?it might be come from your logical system name tables(bd54 tcode gives u all log sys names).

You cannot deactivate the RFC. And the list you see in R3AC1 is coming from the site config in SMOEAC.
