Hi all,
We have slowness in all the views of the transaction solman_workcenter. For example,
Alert inbox very slow, browsing otheres views are also very slow.
couldn't fing any good information, please advice.

Workcenter in solman can be called by SAPGUI and Web browser, what option you are using?
If you are using SAPGUI to browse workcenter then you can analyse the performance problem through ST03N,STAD,ST06,ST02,etc.,
If you are using Web browser then check the ICM settings, please check SAP Note 737625.

I'm having problem with both methods of work (SAPGUI and EXPLORER) I feel no differents between them. However, other transactions are running fine and after analyze of transactions above I didn't see any GLOBAL problem with the system. Only the SOLMAN_WORKCENTER transaction is slow.
How do I troubleshoot it ?
Is there any different between the work methods ? (SAPGUI / EXPLORER)

Have you investigated the issue using the tools SAP provide to you?
ST03, ST03N, STAT, STAD, SM21, ST22.....
