Process Workflow issue

Hi Gurus,

we are running on SAP SRM 7.0 and we have configured the process workflow.

What is happening is that when an interface to create either Contracts or Shopping Carts ends with errors, a flag in maintenance view SWE2 is automatically taken away and the workflow is NOT starting anymore.

The flag is taken away from the following entry:

ABAP Class /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDO READY_FOR_WORKFLOW WS40000014

Does anybody know how to avoid this behaviour?

Hello

I would say, please check the note 1139914. May this is a basis WFL setting.

An another thing which could be checked, is the job SWEQSRV .

Once this job runs, the events will be delivered. Please check the

setting of background job in SWEQADM (tab "background job").

If you've chosen the "depending on load". change it to "periodic"
