Question on SCM EM (Event Management)

Hi Gurus,

I've a question related to SCM-EM 5.0. Is it possible to connect SCM-EM 5.0 to third party and legacy applications is the same way as release 5.1?

I believe we have some new functionality in release 5.1 to interface EM to disperate applications however we have release 5.0 currently and just wanted to know if we will be able to unterface it with thrid party applications.

SSC, there is some good documentation on help.sap.com.

I'm looking at a SCM 7.0 system but this might give some hints:

The key bapis are "EventHandler.AddEventMessages02", "EventHandler.GetData", "EventHandler.PostEventHandler"

To see the full list use the transaction BAPI (in SCM) and list alphabetically. the Event Handler BAPIs are listed.
