Hi SDNers,
We are implementing SRM MDM Catalog 2.0 solution for MDM SP05 .
The 2 sca files have been deployed and also the OCI mapping have been done along with EBP(Integrated Callstructure)Configurations
While creating the shopping cart we are getting the following error:Java.lang.Nullpointer exception
Anyworkaround to resolve this issue.
Hi,
this looks like data related issue. Values are not stored in MDM for some critical field which is mandatory for creating shopping cart and this is the reason that SRM MDM UI is throwing exception. the best way to check this is create a correct data record in MDM and try to create shopping cart using that record and you will get success. Then accordingly identify which field value is giving problem and correct the data..
Hope this will help you.. if not then let me know the result.
Thanks and Regards,
Shiv

Hi Prabuddha,
This seems to be the version mismatch of SRM and SRM-MDM Catalog 2.0. Check the note 1083126
Could you let us know your SRM and MDM patch level?
Another reason could be, you might have modified the repository structure which is not yet reflected in Catalog, try restart the WAS.
