Project report problem

hiiiiiiiiiii Experts,

I need your help.When ever i run a PS report i get the message except the few report like s_alr_87013542 and s_alr_87013531.But when i run the report s_alr_87013575 i get msg

No costs, revenues or finances were selected

Message no. OK602

when i run

CJI4 - Plan Costs/Revenues

i get msg

No line items were selected

Message no. KB422

Plz help to come out of these problem.

Also can any one tell me any standard report which shows all the bill which have been done against a project with billing document no.

if you want to use the report S_ALR_87013575, you have to activate Commit. Management in the controlling configuration (T-code: OKKP) Commit. Management: component active.

Please check it.

Thanks for the answer.commitment managment is already active.

.only W Commit.Mgt check box is not checked which is next to sales order checkbox.Will it matter.If not why it is still not coming.

Plz check status maintained for that WBS element and for its hierarchy.

If Project defn is not existing in system.

If you have maintained with wrong data in any other input fields for correct project also.

Is it new project.

S_ALR_87013573 - Receipts/Expenditures for all Fiscal Years

S_ALR_87013575 - Receipts

S_ALR_87013574 - Expenses

This is related to Project cashflow management.

1. Activate the FM area

2. Activate project cash flow management for company code

3. Create commitment items

After these settings, run the report
