Dear experts,
When I create so use tcode va01, i meet a problem
the same sales area, different sales order type, some sales order type cound enter material, some not.
The material field is grey.

No error message， Only the material field is grey and can't enter, other field can enter in item
Hello,
check if you assigned the item category to the sales document type
use t code - VOV7 , and check for the item category is assigned , if not assign it
