Output Type:- Not getting triggered at PGI

Hii All

We have maintained a output type at delivery which gets triggered at the time of PGI (PGI is done by the idocs). This output type is maintained for two ship to parties.

For one of the ship to parties this output type is working fine but for the other it is not getting triggered.

I have checked all the settings in VV23 and for both the ship to parties its same.

Can any one let me know where else I can do the settings so that this output type is triggered.

Hi Gaurav,

Please see the output determination message first to understand the problem.

If the output determination is saying that the requriement not fulfilled, it means the requriement routine is checking for something other than PGI, which needs to be completed.

If the requriement routine is fulfilled and Outputy type not triggered, then it is a master data issue.

Please check what is the issue first.
