Hi Rakesh,

Factroy calender for your project is maintained in Project profile.

Go to t code OPSA. Check project profile.

Go to "Plg board/dates" tab and check Default values section.

Check what is the value maintained for your Factory calender.

Then go to t code SCAL. Enter the value maintained above.Double click and check validity date maintained there.

Secondly, if you dont want to convert PR to PO, you can close PR.

But once you flag a purchase requisition as closed, that means that no further

purchase orders can be created for this purchase requisition.

You can set this indicator manually

1.In change mode for a purchase requisition on the item detail screen

2.When you create a purchase order with reference to a purchas requisition

Also, have the system set the indicator when automatically creating purchase orders from purchase requisitions, You can use the indicator Set reqs to "closed" to specify that the purchase requisition is considered closed once the associated purchase order has been created, even if the complete requisition quantity has not been ordered.

Dear Rakesh,

Regarding your 1st query, the factory calendar is picked up from the Planning board / Dates tab in Project profile. You can check for this calendar on what are the settings and special rules created through Tcode SCAL.

Pls. check the settings in SCAL Tcode for that particular calendar regarding the usage and validity period.

Hi Rakesh,

To change the validity of the factory calendar you need to discuss with your FI/CO consultants mainly as they would have done some config based on that settings.

You can also have a word with PP and MM consultants as they also plan many activities based on factory calendar.

Kabir
