Inconsistency stock

is there any way to avoid inconsistency stock betwen IM, WM & HU in customize level ??

Hi Saiful arif,

Theoretically, there should be no stock inconsistency between IM and WM if standard SAP functionality is used. As per my experience, ths type of inconsistency happens either from data migration for WM go-live (with existing IM) or from erroneous enhancement development upon standard SAP.

Anyway, transaction LX23 can be used to clear the inconsistency when necessary.

As far as I know, there's no customozing can prevent this type of inconsistency from happening.

It is possible that during "activities" in WM and IM there will be inconsistency but at the completion of these activities your stocks should all tie up nicely.

I have not seen anythign in customizing that will prevent inconsistency. POssibility in WM to use negative stocks to rebalance the qties could be used i guess...but with caution.
