Before you create a track you should create a product, software components SC and dependencies for your SCs.
1. That can be made from http://

2. There in the middle, you will find two options, Products and Software Components. Do it from there.
3. Watch out while defining Software Component, created a Build Time Dependency on these components and chosen SAP-JEE, SAPBUILDT and SAP_JTECHS_ components.
4. Later on when you have created the Product and Software Components you can get into CMS to configure the track.

Did you do that? If you did.
1. Go to CMS.
2. Go to Landscape Configurator and 'Domain Data' tab.
3. Press button 'Update CMS'.
4. Wait until process complete.
5. Go to tab 'Track Data'.
6. Inform data about your Track. Track name, description and leave the rest as it is.
7. Down there you have a section 'Software Components (SC)'.
8. Press button 'Add SC...' ,look for your SC and add it.
9. Down there you will see 'Required Software Components' fullfilled when you selected your SC. This is because you select SC dependencies when you create your SC.
10. Save.
