Rhishabh,

Here is some more information. CHECK_REQUIREMENTS is one of the step. Please make sure you logon to client 000 with appropriate authorizations to load the Support packs and follow what Markus has suggested.

CHECK_REQUIREMENTS

In this step, various requirements for the patch application are checked. The following messages explain why this step may be terminated:

- TP_CANNOT_CONNECT_TO_SYSTEM : tp cannot log onto the systemu2019s database.

Hope this helps.

Hi Vyas,

Change the parameter as suggested by Markus for runtime and then try to reimport patches and / or check if you delete from queue.

Cheers

- use RZ11

- change parameter "rdisp/max_wprun_time" to a higher value

- restart the import (no need to restart the system)

Oh yeah... you just hosed your system. NEVER fiddle with PAT* and TR* tables unless told so by support. Why does everyone thing fiddling with those tables will help solving import problems...

Hi Vyas,

Login to 000 client and execute Tcode SPAM---beside the queue you will find Display/Define Button.

Click on it...select the pack and delete

Hello Rishabh,

Start the support pack in background, there is an option for doing that. You will get rid of the runtime error
