Work Center & Change Management - multiple IT Operators

We are in the process of implementing ChaRM and would like to use Work Centers. However, we have multiple people who are in our Change Management Group and perform Production Transports (IT Operator role). We really like the ease of use of Work Centers, but would like the role of IT Operator displayed for a group of people instead of just a person. We do not want to use a generic ID for auditing purposes, but would like anyone on the CM team to be able to go in and see what is approved for production.

This is also true for Change Manager/Change Advisory Board (there's a primary and backup and we don't want to go through change documents and change names when someone is on vacation)

Any suggestions???

I did find a note that is "similar" - note 1256661 - Work Center: Substitutions in Incident Management. I am wondering if the relationship described in the note would work for ChaRM also.
