Hi all,
In the sales order there are two line items. The delivery has been got split, however it has been checked for complete delivery flag. I did corss check for all those parameters for delivery split.
Even thoush delivery split has been taken place.
Can you tell me what could be the reason?

First I am not sure whether you have searched the forum for this issue which has been answered quite frequently.
Had you searched, you would come to know that following are the datas that should be unique for both the line items.
- Ship To Party
- Shipping Point
- Inco Terms
- Delivery priority
- Transportation Group
- Confirmed date in schedule line

When the complete delivery flag is set, then the system confrims a single confirmed delivery date for all the line items. So, delivery split will not take place because of different delivery dates for different line items.
But, there are many other factors which makes the delivery split. If any of the following are different for the line items, then the delivery split takes place.
Ship To party
Incoterms,
Route
Shipping Point (Shipping conditions, Loading group, Plant differences may lead to different shipping point)
