VL09 Cancellation problem.

Hi All,

While doing VL09 error is coming that "Handling Units have been changed. No cancellation possible".

What could be the reason?

we are unable to simulating the same issue again. It is coming in one case in production.

Please provide your opinions

Hi,

It is because of handling units assignment in delivery document.First try to delete the handling unit assignment in delivery and unpack it.Then try to reverse in VL09 transaction.

You need to check the OSS notes 850667.

The following is the details of the notes;

Note 850667 - Delivery posting cannot be reversed

Summary

Symptom

You cannot reverse the goods movement for a delivery due to error message "Handling units have been changed. No cancellation possible".

Nevertheless, the Handling Units have not been changed since the goods were posted.

The problem occurs when the packing hierarchy contains empty HUs.
