pdf extension

Hi all,

We are having a local problem here. After we made a refresh of our production system, the e-mails sent by Sost are sent without pdf extension, using .ali extension....i'm trying to see the error here but I cannot....is there any service that need to be check in order to see if the file is converted or not?

Go to SCOT -> Double click on the SMTP Node -> Under supported address types click on Insternet "Set" -> SAPscript/Smart Forms format should be PDF.

is there any other thing to be checked, I check it and it seems to be ok...
