Hello All,

In CO09 transcation, if i enter a materail number that contains a lot of components, does it check the ATP of those componenets also before giving an avaliable date for that materail?

Hi,

It checks for the final material availability, when a final material is ready all its components qty will be reduced.

When a final material is not available then based on the settings when it is available it give the result for final material, it will not check for component materials individually.

Hi there,

This depends on the item catg setup. Item catg is proposed based on

Sales doc type / item catg grp / usage.

If the item catg grp is LUMF, then the system will confirm the main item if all the child items are confirmed.

If the item catg grp is ERLA, then the system will confirm the main level item even if the child level items are not confirmed.
