Approval Status not update in Graphical/Table Display or Diffrer with SWI6

Hi,

In SC approval process transaction SWI6 I can see some of the level approved by users which is not showing in Approval preview of SC either in Graphical or Table Display .

I think its not updated to SC .Can you give some hint to resolve this issue ?

Hello Sachin,

the answer could be very different, depending on which WFL do you use.

For example, assume following:

You use item based BADI WFL, if 2 items are approved, and the third one is changed,

then system checks for a restart. If there is a restart, then in the new WFL instance there are no

steps shown from the past.

In SWI6 you see all WFL instances realted to a specific Business Object, and in the approval

preview (Graphic and tabular - does not matter) you will see just the actual instance!!!

Use SWI1, and all steps listed there should be seen in the approval preview.
