we want the sales order report.

we will input plant and date and some times vendor, then we need to get the output of the sales order in that plant ie all sales orders like open for delivery , open for picking , open for pgi, open for billing , open for accounting and also the quanties .

i checked in vao5 but not helpful.

so help me to have a report that gives full details of the sales order status with quantity.

Hi,

Apart from VA05 open sales order report as mentioned before, you can also use VL06 - Delviery monitor to find deliveries open, open for picking, open for PGI and open for billing.

we need a single report on this , can you please tell me if any tcode exists for that.

all sales orders like open for delivery , open for picking , open for pgi, open for billing , open for accounting and also the quanties should come in the same report if we give the input as document date , plant and sometimes vendor.

In that case, you have to go for zee development considering multiple tables like

- VBBE for open order quantity

- LIKP / LIPS for delivery details

- VBRP for despatch details with value

You can add PLANT to the list of Further Selection Criteria in VA05

Go to IMG - Sales & Distribution - Sales - Lists - Define Selection Criteria

In the screen - goto New Entries and add the following details..

1. Program Name - SAPMV75A

2. TRG (Transaction Group) - 0

3. Display Group - K

4. Event - SELK

5. It - 8

6. Field Name - WERKS

Enter the details and save the changes. Goto VA05 and you can see the field PLANT in the Fur Sel Criteria.

In VA05, you also have the option "Open Sales Orders". Once you selected the plant, choose this option and execute. You will get all pending orders based on the selection criteria you maintained.

Use SIS. U can get all the reports for orders, (Incoming orders, Returns orders, sales ) etc.
