Dear sir,

I have to maintain in VT01n forwwarding agent mandatory as it is psicking from delivery and able to save and doing pGI thru Vt01n and i want to keep forwarding agent mandatory so that it wnt allow us to save unless and until forwarding agent is there

Dear Debesh,

Go through this IMG path to make the settings for Forwarding agent as mandatory in the shipment document.

SPRO>IMG>Logistics Execution>Transportation>Basic Transportation Functions>Partner Control>Set Up Partner Determination for Shipments.

Here select your Shipment header partner determination procedure then click on Partner Functions in Procedure here you check the Mandatory check box for partner function CR- Forwarding agent.

Now system will not allow you to save the shipment document if there is no forwarding agent.

Go to Logistics execution>Transportation>Shipment>Configuration of transportation processing for forwarding agents>Selection variants for shipments
