Hello,
Is there a way to automatically start the sap sysem after the server restarts or whenever the sap system "falls"?

You just need to set "Autostart=1" in the beginning SAP start profile. It will start the SAP once the server is up. But if you are using oracle, please take a look at this sap note 903904 when you do this.
