Hi all

can someone assist? When I create a Learning Map, I also add document, after adding them in SOLAR02. When I send the link to a user, the map displays perfect BUT without any of the added documentation.

Hi Jaco,

you will find a couple of notes about issues like this in SAP Support Portal on component SV-SMG-IMP-ELM.

Sorry for being so stupid, but I cannot find it.

Jaco,

You might want to review SAP Note 775050 and checkifthe user (under SU01) has the proper authorizations.

Hi

I have SAP ALL, so I don't think that is the problem. I can see the complete structure from the Learning Map, just the docs are not there.

I have the same problem.

Can you solve it?

How?

Hi Andrea

Yes, I solved the problem.

First make sure that you have created a project in Solution Manager so you can access it via SOLAR02.

In Solar02 to you "load" the documentation in the "Training Tab", into the structure on the left.

Proceed as follow:

1. Open a new session and enter TC: SICF for hierarchy type ALIAS at service path /sap/bc/solman/defaultuser. Check the user which is setup

2. Display this user with transaction SU01

3. Check if the user has role SAP_SOL_LEARNING_MAP_DIS assigned.

4. Navigate to the role and check for open authorizations

5. Maintain the missing values (use '*' for all).

6. Generate the profile.

It should work
