Cross selling

Hi ,

There is a requirement where i want to copy material and quantity in a sales order from first line item to second line item.In standars sap cross selling i am able to copy item but quantity is not copying.Please suggest.

Hi,

Cross selling is a concept by which the business can improve the sales. By using this concept the business can offer combination material for ordered material.

Ex: If the customer placed for the order for computer then computer stand can be suggested as a combination material. It can be mapped by using cross selling concept that uses condition technique.

When the user raises the sales order and specifies ordered material then system automatically pup-up a box in which system displays suggested material .

In standard SAP quantity can not be come automaticaly.For that you need to use userexit.

Dear SM D,

In cross selling we cant copy the material and quantity from the 1st line item to the second line item.

The concept of cross selling is as below:

If a customer orders certain materials we can suggest the customer certain materials relating to the main item, for eg: If a customer places an order for a TV we can as well suggest him or enter a DVD palyer or a music system along with the TV. Here TV will be the main item and DVD/Music player will be the adjoining items.

This can be configured using condition technique.

Whenever a user enters the customers order i.e, TV in the SO a pop-up menu showing the adjoining items will pop-up giving the user an option to suggest the customer of these things.

For this option to be enabled we need to maintain the condition records for the accesses we have maintained.
