Dear Experts...

In our scenario after getting order only we are creating project.

It means marketing team will generate mail to projects team they will create project.

We are not maintaining any thing in Enq and qut phases in PS.

Is their way to send month end reports to marketing head only.

Yes, U can

Follow the below procedure to send the report to SAP Inbox of the user

1.Report->send

2.Then mention the SAP User ID in Recipient and select Recip.Type as SAP logon Name. U can also mention ur comments in "Document Content".

3. Then press SHIFT+F8

to send report to Internet address, Basis has to do SMTP configuratiom

With standard reports, anybody can see the report (provided he/she has authorization).

If you wish, you may even send it in e-mail.

But why do you want to do that? Just ask the marketing head to see the standard report

They want every month end reports should come in mail, on 2 date of month.i have discussed with technical person.he is taking care.
