Hello keshav,
Check the inconsistency with your tp configuration
Try using tp connect <sid> pf=<location of .PFL file> or
Execute RSTPTEST program to check the STMS configuration.

Hi,
Please check the Transport directory(DIR_TRANS) path is set correctly in instance profile.
Check the hostfile such that the IP and the hostname of the server is there. If not enter the same, then take a restart of the server and check.

Hello Keshav,
Please set the following parameter sapevtpath
Please use the link to see how to set them up:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_45b/helpdata/EN/3d/ad5bf64ebc11d182bf0000e829fbfe/content.htm
Also check whther TPPARAM file is present in /usr/sap/trans/bin directory.
If not you will have to create it,copy the file TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL to TPPARAM in the <DRIVE>:/usr/sap/trans/bin folder.
It will work.
Please let me know if it works
Rohit
