ECC 6 installation error at phase 35

Dear All,

I am installating ECC6 on windows 2003 x86 intel system . The installation is stuck at phase 34 and giving below error

com.sap.security.core.server.secstorefs.FileIOException: I/O error on file "

devd11/sapmnt/D11/SYS/global/security/data/SecStore.properties".

It is unable to create the secstore.properties file into the shared drive, make sure the patch is accessible

It's greate . I have restarted the server and tried again . It is now continued to phase 36 .
