I'm stuck at the PHASE VERSCHK_INI when I try to upgrade from NW 2004 ( 6.40 ) to NW 7 ( 7.00 ). It says my that my release configuration is not supported as follows:-

I'm using SAP NW7 SR3 Upgrade Master, Kernel, Java and Export. What can be wrong here?

Hi, you have ERP system SAP_APPL :500
, and you trying upgrade it with Netweaver disks?? Looks like you need Upgrade CD's for ECC 6.0

Are you using the correct installation master CD for your environment? It is worth checking the combination of CDs you have got.
