Crate billing documents

Dear all,

Is there any other way to Crate billing documents except VF01?.

Because in my company 1 user had created billing document without VF01 rights, when I logged in with that id itu2019s says u201CYOU ARE NOT Authorized for VF01u201D, when I checked that particular document its show document created by mmuser9 but that id donu2019t have permission for VF01.

Please advice what will be cause.

Hi

Please check that billing document was created through background job through tcode VF04 or VF06, as for forground job in VF04 again VF01 authorization is required.

So this document must be created in background job.

Apart from VF01, you can also generate billing documents via VF04 or VF06
