Dear Sachin,

Please follow the point as given below;

1. In VTFL for your item category maintain pricing type as B if it is delivery related billing and if it is order related billing VTFA maintain pricing type as B and one more thing maintained Billing Quantity as C if you using VTFA and Billing Quantity as D if you using VTFL.

2. Create the new condition records in VK11 for your new price ( Do not change the existing condition record in VK12) with proper validity dates

3. Use update button in billing the system will pick the new record by accessing VK11 in billing.

Try this, it will work.

Hi,

You can do it using transaction code VA05.

First create/change all the pricing master records in VK11/VK12.

Execute the transaction VA05 for the open sales order.

Then in the display results, select all the sales order, then go to menu Edit -> Mass change -> New pricing. Then in the pricing type window, select B - Carry out new pricing.

By this way you can update the pricing in all the open sales orders.

It is working only when we changed the price by using VK12 .But if I add new pricing with validation date it will not update new pricing procedure

Hi,

there is no standard transaction for it.

you can do it with a customer program. I would do it with a batch input progra.
