ERR_DBAUNKNOWN: SYSDBA unknown

Dear Experts,

We recently perform a complete DB copy on APO system.

The SAPDB instance start correctly from Database Manager. But when try to start and stop from LC10 transaction I get the following error:

Name and server : LC0 - IP

DBMRFC Function : DBM_EXECUTE

Command : exec_lcinit shutdown

Error : DBM error

Return code : -24909

Error message : ERR_DBAUNKNOWN: SYSDBA unknown

-24996,ERR_PARAM: wrong parameters

If I start from DB Manager in LC10 transaction I get "Gren STATUS" but if I try to perfrom some transactions like OM17, OM03 I get another dump.

Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).

If the error occurred in a non-modified SAP program, you may be

able to find a solution in the SAP note system.

If you have access to the note system yourself, use the following

search criteria:

"DBIF_DSQL2_SQL_ERROR"

"/SAPAPO/SAPLOM_CORE " or "/SAPAPO/LOM_COREU17 "

"/SAPAPO/OM_PLAN_VERS_GET_ALL"

"/SAPAPO/OM_PLAN_VERS_GET_ALL"

At OS level I can connect with the users SAPR3, CONTROL .
