POWL : Customizing the layout and to display details

Hello all,

We want to use POWL and not an single alv component. But we want to know if it is possible easily to :

- Delete / Hide the header "Change Query Define New Query Personalize "

- Display tabstrips of the same query but with differents criteria

- How to display a detail iview when you click on the POWL on the same page.

Do you know if there is a cookbook available as FPM ?

Hi,

IN ALV Settings->GOTO DISPLAY TAB -> HIERERCY is there,

Set the colums you want.

In the ALV you can show data in hiereracy model.

For that you have to go through ALV documents.

Hello,

Delete / Hide the header "Change Query Define New Query Personalize "

POWL is the personalized worklist which is basically to personalize the reporting based on queries.

The deletion of Define new query and personalization is not possible, but you can hide them based on role.

Change new query will be always there.

Display tabstrips of the same query but with differents criteria

Yes this is possible, you can create as many queries based on criteria and show them, as same query with different criteia is not a option.

How to display a detail iview when you click on the POWL on the same page.

You have a feature of popup component, where you can do it.............

i am not sure about this.

Do you know if there is a cookbook available as FPM ?

In the FPM wiki, you can get that, it is there on wiki.

How to display a detail iview when you click on the POWL on the same page.~Its very muchpossible if you catch the OnLineClick event and then Pop-Up a detail view to display relavent data in New View.

sorry i have no idea if there is any POWL cookbook.
