BI RFC user permissions required in ECC to transfer data from HR

I would like to create a restricted role to allow the extraction of HR data from ECC6 to BI7 without the SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW profile being assigned to the user which transfers the data to BI

With just the S_BI-WX_RFC profile this does not allow HR data to be extracted

Is anyone aware of a profile which can be used as a template to work from

Thanks

Add the profile P_ALL to RFC user in ECC system.

Thanks that is better than SAP_ALL

Are there any more restrictions which can be applied....ie just objects rather than a full profile?

We always perform a trace to a rfc user.

Step 1: Take care everything is working well with wide authorzations (For example SAP_ALL)

Step 2: Trace the user for a longer period of time or when performing the data load

Step 3: Create correct roles

Step 4: Test

This is the most save way in my oppinion.

Do take month/period/year end activities into account here.........

Because it's a data extraction I think it's oke when performin a clean data load.

But I agree when it's a regular RFC user also take in mind the closing periods
