Where in SPRO will i get the setting for Customer Group 1 , 2,3,4,5

Hi,

One more path is there to define Customer group that customer group can be find/ maintained in CMR->extras->additional data..

Path is :-

SPRO -> sales & distribution ->master data -> business partner ->customers ->sales ->maintain reserve fields in customer master (customer group1 , 2, 3, 4, 5)

Tcode is ovs9 and path is

sales and distribution - >master data->business partners->sales->define customer

That is only Customer Group .

What about Cust Grp 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Sorry not clear on your question. In the above path only, you have to create customer groups like 01, 02 etc.,

Goto: SPRO -> sales & distribution ->master data -> business partner ->customers ->sales ->maintain reserve fields in customer master

It will help you. Here you can maintain the value to be appear in Cust grp 1,2,3,4 and 5 in Sales order --> Additional Tab A.

Try and revert.
