missing recipient type fields when creating support message

Hi friends,

When trying to create & send messages, in the repient type list we are getting the below fields:

Shared distribution list

Private distribution list

external address

business partner(shared distribution list)

business partner

We also want the following fields to be seen::

SAP Logon NAME

Internet address

When we give SAP_ALL & sap_new ,we can see the above 2 fields but on removing sap_all and sap_new & adding the following roles

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_CREATE

SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN

these feilds doesn't appear.

Please create are generate business partners for all or required users in solution manager.

Then in the idenification tab, describe the systems names.

External BP number box : <SID > <Client> UserID

IDTYPE Description idenfication Number

CRM001 External System ide <SID> < INST no> <CLNT> <USERID>

This should resolve problem
