Hi can you please advice on this.

As per my business requirement I have mapped GL account assignment in VKOA config.

I have done the below : A combination as per requirement.

A. combination

SOrg. ActKy OrdRs ACCTASSGGR G/L Acct

At the time of generating accounting document for debit memo it is picking GL with below combination i.e B instead of above combination i.e A

B. combination

SOrg. Dist.Chl ACCTASSGGR ActKy G/L Acct

I have created debit memo with order reason code so the GL account need to hit fist combination but it didnu2019t.

In the access sequence the B combination is Fist, A combination is second because of this reason it is not picked from GL account from combination A its not going to A combination.

Please advise for picking GL account order Reason combination i.e; (A . Combination) what I need to do.

Please help me on this.

You need to change the sequence of access - first maintain A and then B.

For order reason related documents, g/l need to be in first place with order reason. For other cases where order reason is not present this first access will fail and it will pick from 2nd acess g/l without order reason
