i am facing with this problem in my target system from ecc6.o to BI7 server

EDI: Partner profile not available 332

Note 886102 may help you, If your source system got refreshed.

Did you get any error while creating the source system in BI ? Make sure both the clients are enabled for modification in SCC4 (on source and target) while creating the source system. Try recreating the source system again from BI. Then it should create the partner profile properly.
