Hi,
From a design and maintenance perspective what is better, To have individual forms for each country or to have one single form and then code for individual country requirements in that form.
How do I find out the forms/SAP Scripts in use in a given SAP system.
Thanks in advance.
Mick

Thanks for your inputs.
Would appreciate if somebody could also answer my query related to form design.
Whether the forms solution design has been properly done thats why the question whether for a company operating in around 25-30 countries what would be better, to have country specific forms or have one form and then code in the print program or the form itself country specific requirements?
Mick.

This is the scenario.
We are about to conduct a due diligence on a clients SAP system. When we have logins to the clients SAP system, we would like to find out
1) What are the SAP Scripts and Smartforms being used by the customer
2) Whether the forms solution design has been properly done thats why the question whether for a company operating in around 25-30 countries what would be better, to have country specific forms or have one form and then code in the print program or the form itself country specific requirements?
3) What are the smart forms used for (for eg to print PO's or official receipts, etc)
4) How are the forms getting triggered (On save of purchase order, etc)
