Hi All
when I start the sapmmc then i got this error msg......
MMC could not create the snap -in, The snap-in might not have been installed correctly
Name: sap system manager.
So plz solve this problem.
Pankaj,
Could you please also check sharing on /usr/sap? If it is not there please share this folder.
Hope this helps.

Hi
Just give a try doing this
Download MMC file from service market place by searching in market place with
Downloads>Supportpack and packages>Search for support pack in that search with
mmc
downlaod the relevent patch according to your release
and follow the below procedure to install it
This directory contains all components of the R/3 MMC snapin.
It may be used to install the snapin on machines without
any installed R/3 instances to monitor R/3 instances remotely.
R/3 upgrade and installation will perform the main installation
steps (4-12) automatically.
1) Extract the SAP related files from the SAR archive:
sapcar -xvf sapmmc.sar
2) Copy sapmmc.dll, sapmmcms.dll, sapmmcdb6.dll and sapstartsrv.exe
to %windir%\system32 and copy sapmmc.chm to %systemroot%\Help.
3) Ensure that an actual version of librfc32.dll is installed in
%windir%\system32. If there is no librfc32.dll or librfc32.dll
from sapmmc.sar is more recent (check version resource), copy
librfc32.dll to %windir%\system32. If librfc32.dll is in use
you need to rename it before copying the new version.
4) Change directory to %windir%\system32
Hope this will work
Let me know if needed more information
Thanks
Uday

Hello Pankaj,
just remove the exsting system from MMC and then again add the system.
this is the process of adding the system to MMC:shut down uou SAPMMC and Open it again
Right click on 'SAP Systems' and choose properities.
Then GoTo 'Fixed' Tab and fill the following information.
System: SID Name(ex. PRD)
Instance: HostName and Syste No (xxxxxxx 00)
Click 'Add' button and click OK.
Hope this works.
