How to retrieve data from Adobe form

Hi Everybody,

There are some Adobe forms integrated with P&F workflows and I am trying to pick values from the form from external application.

Please help me in below questions ?

Where do we store the form and form values for a specific workflow task ?

Is there any way or interface to read the Adobe form which is in SAP system.

Basically my intension is to reuse the back-end services which give the values to the form and take the inputs directly from the form..

The data will be stored in the process object in the workflow container
