Solution Manager configuration

Hi Team

I have installed solman SR3 on my desktop and updated the support pack level till 16 patch.

My question is

1:What all the activities which can be performed on the solman desktop system which is not connected to SAP.I have another system on which NWSR1 is installed and i have added that satellite system to solman

Let me know the activities that can be done with out any connection to SAP and also let me know with the details information what can be done and how it can be done .

Hello Uday,

You can configure a lot of things in Solution manager wihout connecting to SAP like system monitoring,service helpdesk,change management et.
