Before the movement type 415 - Q in MB1B u put staus as technically complete for the WBS from where u want to remove stock as stock is transfer from WBS A to WBS B the actual cost will also get tranferred from A to B. Due which the budget allocated for WBS A can be used for genrating Purchase commitments. To avoid this u shuld do TECO before stock transfer. After which u can return the budget from WBS A.
In addition to Hemant's reply, the suggested movement type will transfer stock from other project to required project. You need to further issue material from this project stock to network activity using MB1A.
