But i dont think there is any parameter which will help for your requirement.

in this web page not have the parameter needed, for restrict the use of the user ID as password.
and in the SAP Note 2467 the restriction needed is not specifi.
There are few notes but none of them have parameter for your requirement.
But may be you can get some solution by using USR40. I will post another message if i get more details. But in the meantime please check following notes.
