Hi Experts,

We are having some problems when we are trying to make a confirmation i SRM, using transaction BBPCF02. The problem does only exist for some users. Other users does not have the problem.

When the user activate the transaction BBPCF02 in the web or in the GUI message R11124 is activated.

'Business partner with GUI XXXXXXXXXXXX does not exist?

Can anyone help?

XXXXXXXXXXXX what is the guid number . can you trace who is the BP of this guid from this table.

some BP guid is missing . you need to trace which BP was deleted or modified/ deleted.

crmd_partner table / but000 try to find out.

Hi Muthu,

Yes we have deleted the business partner, and then replicated the vendors once more from the back end, R/3. We have then change the Partner GUI in all the shopping cart, whit the new partner GUI, after the replication.

But now the error tells me, that the old partner GUI does not exist?

The user is only activation the transaction BBPCF02, then the error occurs.

I have checked the tabels you mention, and the business partner GUI does not exist in the tables. Do you have others tables I can look into?

Hi,

First try changing the PO with the new vendor number that you replicated. Reorder the PO and again try to create confirmation.
