'EXTR' (External Requirement) transaction type in object Shoping cart

Hi All

We are seeing transaction type 'EXTR' (External Requirement) created for business object 'Shopping Cart'. Why this transaction type is required??

Hi

transaction type in SRM similarly equivalent to Document type in r/3.

All purchasing documents have transaction type in srm.eg. sc,po,vendor list, bid,bi,confirmation,return delivery and invoice etc..

all business object has different no range and this no.range is linked with transaction type.

Hi,

Pl. check what have you maintained in spro setting 'Define transaction types' for bus2121. If extr is existing, then only system should pick this up.
