Take more time for update beyond deafult time.

Hi guys,

I have SAP ECC 6 + EP 7.0 in MS sql server 2005 / windows server 2003 ent x 64 bit.

we are running Learning Solution in it.

While registering the student, It take more than the default time ( default is 60 sec ).

4 tabs with more than 50 fields and 1 jpeg file ( less than 1 mb )is there.

Wether it is possible with in 60 secs. OR what is the bottle neck . how to speed up the UPDATE command in DB.

How much memory does this machine have and how much of that memory have you assigned to the database?

application server have 20 GB ram and DB server have 16 GB.

This is the parameter maintain in RZ10 regarding DB. Anything i want to maintain for DB memory allocation.
