Hi,
can anybody tell me if there is a user exit for IT416
i need to block some records from getting deducted during it 416 update.

maybe SAP note 818886 could help you here. I did some search on exits for IT416 and I found exit
PBAS0001 / EXIT_SAPFP50M_002 which might be also useful.
