Form Not Available

Hi There

We have imported a form from other system which can be viewed through SE71 with spanish language

I have attached the form in nace transaction V3 output typw YD00.

I can veiw the form in table TNAPR but when I am trying to give output through VF02, I am getting message "Form Z* langauage EN is not available in client 100"

I fail to understand is it a language issue as I have been giving spanish language choice while sending output..I have deleted all the options except spanish in nace transaction against my condition type.

Hello,

1st u need copy to zform then u need modify the form then u need confiure in the NACE tcode.

goto to se71->utilities-copy from client give 000.

then

exg Form Name RVINVOICETH

Source Client 000

Target Form zzRVINVOICETH

then

select the check box Original Lanague Only and press F8.

then check in the se71 with name zzRVINVOICETH

Hi,

Have you activated the Form, and may be another reason is the customer or vendor language is other than spanish, for a particular record, so it is looking for the form in their language. So your form is in Spanish, and it is looking ofr another language form thatss why that error may be.

It seems that the calling program RLB_INVOICE & Form routine are not calling script form for printing purpose

can you please tell me if these are the right program for calling form script.

I am not using PDF/Smart Form.

please try with

i can give 1 report RSNAST00 in this report line number 815 keep the break point the tcode or script or smartform there u can see the form name and driver program name...OR

table TNAPR

Hi Manu,

RLB_INVOICE is used for SmartForms, only!

You should try RVADIN01 that's the common ABAP for SAPScript Invoice printing,

but you have to take care of the language issue, too!
