Save invoice from print preview.

Hi All,

We have a requirement where in the user wants to save the invoice from print preview in standard SAP system. In standrad system the save button is greyed out.

Kindly suggest ways to do it.

Hi,

Whenever you will issue the output for printing,system generates a spool request number.

You can see this number after issuing output in SP01

You take this spool request number and execute the program RSTXPDFT4 in se38 with this spool number and PDF file will be generated.

Hi,

This can be done with your Abap consultant, Standard functionality is there in SAP so with out editing the standard code it can be done. Check with your Abap consultants.

Hi,

In print preview of Invoice document the system will always greyed out the save icon.Print preview will be used whenever the invoice has generated successfully and for checking the output of that invoice.

Your question is not clear,can you elaborate.
